Flagship are very excited to be exhibiting next week at the Peterborough Biscuit. The Biscuit is on Wednesday 5th February, 9am-4pm at East of England Arena PE2 6XE. We will be showcasing our offer and services on stands D30/31. Be sure to drop your business card into our Charity Prize Draw too!
What is the Peterborough Biscuit?
Sphere RHSM have been providing affordable & fundamental Health and Safety advice for local businesses for over 15 years. They have, in the last five years, revolutionised how Health and Safety is seen, not just as something boring or something you must comply with, but as something that can be fun and still be compliant.
In August 2016 after phenomenal growth, The Directors of Sphere RHSM Stephen and Sharon Smith decided a platform for showcasing local businesses in Peterborough was needed and hence The Peterborough Biscuit was born.
Since 2016 The Biscuit has gone from strength to strength, connecting over 1000 local businesses and generating over £2,000,000 worth of referrals.
Why are Flagship exhibiting?
2020 is the second year Flagship have exhibited at the Biscuit and we are very excited to meet all the visitors and the other exhibitors too. We are extremely proud of our Peterborough-based heritage. We are training partners for Sphere RHSM too and are proud to support them with First Aid Training. At Flagship we love to keep it local, in 2019 we were finalists in the Peterborough Telegraph Business Excellence Awards for Customer Service.
The Biscuit is the largest exhibition of its kind locally and we enjoy networking with all local businesses. At the event, there will be various local and national businesses too. Many who we can serve and support with our products and services directly. Others, who through our broad network of contacts we are able to support with finding services they may need. There may also be a few competitors in the room. As a business we welcome this, you never know where there is opportunity to support each other with collaboration.
What to expect on the day
On the day sadly Maggie will be away training in Grantham. This means Pete will be manning the stand on his own! Please don’t be disappointed if you miss him whilst he is off meeting people. We will have a TV showing more about our offer as well as an array of our feedback for you to read, along with material about all our training and consultation solutions.

Our current First Aid clients include the largest fast food business globally, as well as championing local business too. Flagship Trucks commercially develop the transport business, teams and people we work with. Through our training, compliance services, products and software. Including Transport Manager consulting and Driver CPC Training. We support several large family run hauliers. Our in house training and compliance services ensure we are an asset to their organisations. We also run open courses in our fantastic training facility in Peterborough, supporting local businesses with practical and engaging training solutions.
Flagship’s Biscuit Offer
At the Biscuit many people love a freebie! Pens, mugs and sweets are abundant! In 2020 part of our Flagship vision is to contribute as much as possible to the communities and charities locally. Therefore visitors and exhibitors we are very keen to connect with you! Instead of offering the usual nik naks and giveaways we have decided to create more impact for our community.
When you pass our stand please be sure to drop us your business card! We are doing an exclusive charity giveaway for the Biscuit. The winner of the Business card draw on our stand will be able to gift £100 worth of training to a charity of their choice. That could be First Aid, Mental Health or any of our online courses too. The charity can even use it as a start off contribution to a Defibrillator.
