As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back to the community, we are delighted to announce our new partnerships with both Peterborough Phantoms Ice Hockey Club and Netherton United Ladies & Girls FC.
Netherton United Ladies & Girls FC (formally Peterborough Diamonds) was formed in 2003 and has enjoyed a remarkable amount of success over the years. All squads continue to improve season on season and they are always looking for new players for all squads, with an ethos of fun, friendship and development whilst playing in a competitive environment.
Peterborough Phantoms are the City’s Professional Ice Hockey Team, with a 30-year history in professional leagues in the UK.
Currently the team compete in the NIHL (National Ice Hockey League). The fast, gripping, exciting sport captures your attention from the minute the puck drops to the final buzzer, we are bound to have you on the edge of your seats.
First Aid Kits
We have provided first aid kits to each of the teams within Netherton Ladies & Girls FC to ensure that they are prepared in case of any injuries or sudden illnesses at matches. But what’s the use of a first aid kit if nobody is trained in first aid?
That’s why we’ve also given training to players, coaches, and parents in the club so that they will be able to calmly and effectively administer first aid when necessary.
Lee Martin, chairman of the club, said “We’re delighted that Flagship have been able to support us with the provision of First Aid kits for all of our ladies’ and girls’ teams. It’s a fantastic commitment and really helps grassroot football teams like ours ensure we provide the girls with high quality and professional resources.
