We regularly get certain questions on our large range of Online Courses.  So we wanted to publish an article to keep you all informed.

Are your courses approved?

Yes, all our courses are fully approved.  Each courses is approved independently by the correct awarding body.  Our courses are approved by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents)IATP (Independent Asbestos Training Providers)IIRSM (International Institute for Risk and Safety Management)IFE (Institute of Fire Engineers) and all the courses a fully CPD accredited too.  CPD  (Continuing Professional Development) Certification Service certify training and take a ‘holistic commitment of professionals towards the enhancement of personal skills and proficiency throughout their careers.’

Can I buy multiple courses?

Yes, you can buy multiple online courses.  If you contact us on we are able to issue access separately and invoice to enable you to pay by BACS or card for multiple courses instead of buying courses individually through our website.

Do my colleagues need to buy courses separately?

No they don’t.  You are able to buy course licences on behalf of your colleagues or clients.

Can I or my colleague administrate and allocate the courses for our colleagues?

Yes you can, we are able to issue you a business log in and administration access.  This is ideal for managers who want to allocate training to their teams and manage progress.  It is also perfect for other trainers who can use our training as part of a bigger scheme and issue to their delegates too.

Can we use your Online Course platform for our internal LMS (Learning Management System)?

Yes you can, if you are interested, get in touch on or 01733 396169.  We are able to either grant you an account and issue invoices on a monthly usage basis.  Or we can front load licences for you too.  We also have an all open access scheme too.  All you have to do is sign up for our Direct Debit scheme.  With this service your team can have open access to any and all of our courses at any time.

Do we get a certificate?

Yes you will receive a certificate on completion.  All certificates have our CPD accreditation and the approval by the relevant awarding body too.  The certificates are in digital .pdf format and can be printed and framed by you if required.

Is the online training interactive?

Yes it is!  Our training is tutor led and interactive and engaging with quizzes throughout to keep you engaged too.

Is there a test?

Yes there is, several of the courses require 70% pass mark to achieve the standard to successfully complete the course.  However all the answers are within the course material, so it is there to ensure your learning only.  Nothing is tested outside of the course material.

Can we log in at any time?

Yes, you get 24/7 access making this a fantastic and accessible learning resource, for you, your colleagues and your clients.

Can we purchase multiple licences?

Yes, you can purchase multiple licences.  You can also administer these to delegates yourself.  Or we can do this for you too.  Get in touch on or 01733 396169

Can I get a discount if I buy bulk licences?

Yes you can bundle the courses, see above.  We can even over multi-buy discounts too.

Can I get a Free Trial on your online courses?

Yes ALL courses are available to trial the first module for free.  Just go to the course you are interested in and select ‘free trial’ button.  Here is a guidance video to help too.

Can I get a copy of the course content and what is included?

Yes you can, we have a fact sheet for each of the courses, get in touch on and we can email this for you for any of the courses you are interested in.

Who approves the online course content?

The courses are all CPD accredited and approved by the relevant bodies, please check our answer above to ‘Are your courses approved?’

Who are your courses suitable for?

Our online courses are suitable for absolutely anyone.  There are engaging and easy to follow with fantastic learning outcomes.  The real difficulty is deciding which course to select!

What do I need to complete the courses?

Our online courses are easily accessible.  You can access them through, mobile, tablet, laptop or PC.
